Terms and Conditions 5cuci – Official Platform Usage Guidelines

To register and use the 5cuci service, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
• Not listed on any sanctions list by any relevant regulatory body.
• Not involved in any active self-exclusion programme.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. 5cuci reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Inaccurate or false information may result in your account being suspended or terminated without compensation.

Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one active account on the 5cuci platform. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, device, or banking details is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your account login credentials secure, including your password and PIN.
• Notifying 5cuci immediately if your account is accessed without authorisation.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or any other party.
• Updating your personal information whenever any changes occur.

5cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, promotion abuse, or any breach of these terms, without prior notice and without obligation to provide explanation.

If an account is terminated due to a terms violation, any credit balance in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation committed.

5cuci supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Regarding deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 10 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made using an account or payment method registered in your own name.
• 5cuci does not accept deposits from third parties or unrecognised sources.
• Deposited funds are credited to your account within seconds after transaction confirmation.

Regarding withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal is MYR 30 per request.
• Withdrawals are only processed to bank accounts or e-wallets that have been verified through the KYC process.
• 5cuci does not charge any withdrawal processing fees.
• Withdrawals are typically processed in under 5 minutes during normal operating hours.
• 5cuci reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals.

5cuci offers a variety of promotions to players, including welcome bonuses, daily cashback, weekly rebates, reload bonuses, and a VIP program. Each promotion is subject to specific terms stated on the respective promotions page.

General terms applicable to all promotions:

• All bonuses are credited within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion terms.
